I would tell him things were broken at my desk and he would say they're new and I must be wrong. I used to be tech support so I know how to properly test if something is broken before saying anything about it.

The staff was always listening to my calls out of context and reporting what I said as rude. They didn't have a call recording system and had no real idea of how the conversation was going. I was so uncomfortable there it was a terrible environment.

Yes No. The doctor is very rude to both the patients and workers. Most new employees don't last long because of the terrible environment. If the doctor is not yelling at the workers she's yelling at someone else on the phone. There's also something crawling around biting workers and patients. Pay was not good and they cut yours hours to save money. They do work hours theft kinnd of cheating. You work 12 hrs and they pay you for 11 hrs.

They also didn't pay 1. Their pay same in all 11 hrs and they cut 1 hrs for your lunch break. This is very bad clinical research company to work with. Many people would start and quit the same day, or start and quit at lunch time after receiving their first pay check. The expectations were unrealistic, and the atmosphere is one where employees and vendors are verbally abused constantly.

Additionally, there's no doubt in my mind that there was a LOT of wage theft happening, since they would often refuse to pay overtime and nickel and dimed every single minute you took for lunch. I was eligible for health insurance after 3 months, but when I inquired about it, the HR manager told me not to bother.

Maybe things have improved, but a few years ago it was nothing but tears, yelling, and constant searches for new employees after the old ones quit one after one after one. The internet would get turned off because management didn't want to pay the bill. Pens and normal office supplies were kept under lock and key, making it impossible to work.

The hardest part of the job was dealing with the constant yelling and drama, and the best part of the job was when 5pm arrived and I got to go home.
